Every third bedridden have stressful pressure ulcers
Approximately every third hospitalized patient has pressure ulcers according to a new analysis of the incidence of pressure ulcers in 10 hospitals. Most of the pressure ulcers has never been discovered and are expensive for the health care system in hospitalization of patients.
